Schedule time daily to spend by yourself in relaxation and clarity. This time of refreshing can improve your overall peace and self-image.

You will miss opportunities if you avoid making important decisions. Don’t fear making decisions even if you’re not that informed about them. Positive habits are formed through the instances where you make a successful decision, which in turn becomes a more “natural instinct”. Even when you make a bad decision, you can learn valuable lessons from your experience. A wrong choice only ensures that your next choice will be better.

Extra Tips! Shying away from a major decision could cheat you of an opportunity to become a better person. You should not fear making decisions even if you do not feel as sure about it as you would like to be.

Always check serious reviews of a book before you buy it because some books are very poorly written.

Maximize work time. The simple trick is to take more breaks when you work. It might seem odd, but regular breaks will let you relax and get more energy. Once you get started working again, you will be more productive.

Your core principles are important, and your actions should reflect them. Your personality is strongly shaped and supported by these principles. Following these beliefs will help your sense of self-esteem. It gives your life meaning and a solid structure to build around. If you do this you will encourage you to be consistent, it is an great trait to have.

Ask other people about their accomplishments instead of bragging about your own. This will help you to find some of the amazing things that people can accomplish, and help you to respect them more.
