Marsha Beslic M.S.

Marsha Beslic M.S. leads a firm that develops leaders and organizations as well as offering personal and life coaching to individuals.

Marsha received her undergraduate degree in Applied Behavioral Science from National Lewis University and her Masters degree from Northern Illinois University in Counselor Education. In addition she has numerous training programs in coaching, consulting, communication skills and relationship building.

In addition she has developed her business consultation skills through a mentoring program offered by The Global Consulting Partnership, a worldwide consulting service whose focus is Enhancing the Performance of People to Enhance the Business Performance of Organizations. Marsha speaks nationally on an assortment of topics related to organizational and leadership development.

On the individual coaching side…

PIPC consults and coaches individuals in the areas of interpersonal and management development. Marsha is a behavior change expert whose approach to life coaching, personal coaching, communication coaching, management development and performance enhancement coaching has evolved over the last 20 years of work with clients including individuals, families, adults and children to help them maximize their potential.

Work with individuals and organizations include life coaching, communication coaching, management development, and advising of leaders, managers, professionals, and executives.

On the business side

Potential into Performance Consulting (PIPC) assists companies in achieving their key business objectives by fully capitalizing on a single line of their balance sheet – their human resource portfolio. PIPC uses powerful motivational and performance engineering technology to harness and then maximize the untapped potential of a company’s human resource assets.

The business focus is on areas such as derailment-intervention with valued but under-performing contributors, compatibility studies of individual-to-job fits (hiring, career path development, pre-promotion, and succession planning), helping to promote more open and effective communication, and dealing with conflict resolution.

In working with organizations the focus is on achieving a cultural transformation.

PIPC Tools of the Trade

These cultural shift projects are executed with an array of tools and processes, which include organizational audits, change management, employee involvement and empowerment, and an overall integration of human resource strategies with the organization’s business objectives.

To accomplish needed behavior changes and performance transformations, PIPC uses cutting edge tools and processes including state-of-the-art objective software applications, a powerful 360 degree feedback instrument, specially designed development systems, change management and other behavior change techniques.

Another one of her specialties has been to work with life and parent coaching clients.
